NASS Crisis: Jonathan off to UK as Sambo, PDP Principal Officers meet

Vice President, Namadi Sambo met with the Principal officers elected on the Platform of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP in the House of Representatives shortly after the speaker of the House, Aminu Tambuwal was prevented from entering the National Assembly.
The Principal officers led by the Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Emeka Ihedioha, the House Majority Leader, Mulikat Akande, the Deputy leader, Leo Ogor, the Chief Whip, Hon. Ishaku Bawa arrived the presidential Villa at exactly 5pm and went straight to the Vice President’s office.
The Majority Leader, Mulikat Akande arrived a few minute before the other principal officers were driven in by the Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Emeka Ihedioha.
At the end of the meeting which lasted about one hour, the deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives who led the delegation declined to speak with journalists.
He said the meeting was to consult with the Vice president and was not meant for the media.
President Jonathan left for United Kingdom thursday  afternoon to attend a meeting of the Honourary International Investment council
